Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Larry Technologies for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any project engagement.
2. Services Provided
Larry Technologies provides web design, web development, SEO, plugin development, and related digital services as outlined in each project proposal. The scope of work is defined in the agreed proposal or contract, and any additions are subject to additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final files or site access are delivered. For ongoing services (SEO, maintenance), invoices are issued monthly and due within 7 days.
4. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing content, or scope changes may extend the delivery date. Larry Technologies will communicate any delays promptly.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Revisions beyond the agreed limit are billed at an hourly rate of $25/hour unless a flat revision package is purchased.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate content, images, branding assets, and timely feedback. Larry Technologies is not liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all completed work product is transferred to the client. Larry Technologies retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Warranty & Support
All projects include 30 days of free post-launch support for bug fixes directly related to the delivered work. Issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting, or client modifications are not covered.
9. Limitation of Liability
Larry Technologies's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceeding is initiated.
