1. Digital Delivery Only
Larry Technologies delivers all services and products digitally. There are no physical goods shipped. Deliverables are provided via secure file transfer, shared drives, or direct website deployment.
2. Delivery Methods
Completed websites are deployed directly to your hosting server or handed over via WordPress export/import. Design files, plugins, and templates are delivered via Google Drive, Dropbox, or email attachment depending on file size.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are stated in each project proposal. Standard timelines are as follows: Landing pages (1–3 days), Multi-page websites (5–14 days), WooCommerce stores (10–21 days), Custom plugins (7–14 days). Timelines begin after the deposit is received and all required assets are submitted by the client.
4. Client Delays
Delivery timelines may be extended if the client does not provide content, images, branding materials, or feedback within the agreed timeframes. Larry Technologies will communicate any timeline impact promptly.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is confirmed when the client receives the final file link or when the live site URL is shared. The client has 5 business days to review and request revisions. After this period, the project is deemed accepted.
6. Rush Delivery
Rush delivery (faster than the standard timeline) is available at an additional fee of 25–50% of the project cost, depending on scope and current workload. Contact us to check availability before booking.
7. International Clients
We serve clients globally. All digital deliveries are location-independent. Communication is conducted via email, WhatsApp, or Zoom in English and French. Time zone differences are discussed at the start of each project.
