Refunds & Returns

1. Overview

Larry Technologies delivers digital services and products (websites, plugins, templates, and design assets). Due to the nature of these deliverables, returns are handled differently from physical goods.

2. Refund Eligibility for Services

If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, the full deposit will be refunded within 7 business days. If work has already started, refunds are prorated based on the percentage of work completed, at our discretion.

3. No Refund After Delivery

Once a website, plugin, or template has been delivered and approved by the client, no refund will be issued. We encourage clients to review milestone deliveries carefully and communicate all concerns before final sign-off.

4. Digital Products (Templates & Plugins)

Digital product purchases (e.g. Elementor kits, WordPress plugins) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, as the product cannot be "returned." Exceptions are made only if the product is found to be significantly different from its description or contains a critical unresolvable defect.

5. Defective Deliverables

If a delivered product contains bugs or errors that we caused, we will fix them at no additional charge within the 30-day post-launch support window. If a fix is not possible, a partial or full refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Subscription Services

Monthly maintenance or SEO plans may be cancelled at any time with 14 days' written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing month, but you will not be charged for the following month.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a return, contact us at info@larrytech.dev with your project reference, the reason for the request, and any supporting details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
